For one of our partners we are seeking an experienced Senior Affiliate Manager to join our growing dynamic team.

As a Senior Affiliate Manager, you will be responsible for managing affiliates in various geographic locations, building strong relationships with partners, and driving high-quality traffic and revenue through affiliate channels. This role requires a strategic thinker with deep industry knowledge and a proven track record in affiliate marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, manage, and grow an affiliate portfolio to drive new deals and revenue.

Identify, recruit, and onboard high-value affiliates in line with the company’s goals.

Maintain and nurture strong relationships with affiliates, acting as their primary point of contact.

Analyze affiliate performance data to optimize campaigns, ROI, and partner performance.

Negotiate competitive commercial deals and ensure timely payment and reporting.

Collaborate with internal departments (CRM, Compliance, Legal, Product) to align campaigns and promotions.

Monitor affiliate activities to ensure compliance with regulations and brand guidelines.

Attend industry events, conferences, and expos to network and attract new partners.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years experience in affiliate marketing within the online gambling industry (casino, sportsbook, or both).

A proven portfolio of affiliates and successful campaigns in the gambling niche.

Deep understanding of online marketing channels and performance-based marketing.

Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.

Experience with affiliate tracking platforms (e.g., Income Access, NetRefer, Cellxpert, etc.).

Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Willingness to travel for conferences and affiliate meetings as needed.
