A Day in the Life

As the Senior Advanced Analytics Analyst, you will be an integral part of the Global Service and Repair - Insights team, focusing on developing, implementing, and managing data and analytics deliverables. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the team and stakeholders to create comprehensive, analytics-driven products in support of Service Delivery activities. Your responsibilities will include developing a strong understanding of how service and repair operations function end‑to‑end and become a trusted analytics partner to operational leaders.

Responsibilities may include:

• Partner with stakeholders to design data-driven solutions that optimize service depot, field service, and contact center operations
• Build, enhance, and maintain data products that support Service & Repair operations
• Develop a strong understanding of end‑to‑end Service & Repair workflows, metrics, and operational drivers
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers and product owners to ensure timely delivery aligned to project commitments
• Translate operational needs into clear requirements
• Identify opportunities to simplify reporting, reduce ad‑hoc requests, and apply automation to manual reporting tasks
• Fulfill ad hoc data requests as needed
•   Participate in stakeholder meetings and strategic discussions

Required knowledge:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, business analytics, or related role
• Demonstrated experience leveraging Tableau to analyze and visualize data
• Proficiency with SQL, Snowflake, or other data warehouse technologies
• Fluent in English
• Background in a manufacturing or service delivery environment is advantageous
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, and Agile ways of working is advantageous
• Ability to develop analytics frameworks and perform detailed information gathering, analysis and investigation to solve complex problems which impact multiple workstreams, departments or specialties is advantageous
• Experience using other BI Tools including Power BI, Spotfire is advantageous
