Job Summary:

The Senior Coordinator will ensure Research Operations consistently meet the high standards expected by our extensive client base via Tier 1 support. This individual will be responsible for helping our clients mitigate risk by working on our Research Operations. They will be responsible for making sound business decisions and collaborate closely with internal teams to enhance processes.

Key Responsibilities::
• Serve as a research expert and resource for internal / external customers.

• Investigate / adjudicated / conduct investigations across internal and external systems

• Act as a liaison between key business representative on major managed and data stewardship relationships.

• Contribute to and execute key performance metrics, monitor process and make data driven recommendation to improve performance.

Key Skills::
• Bachelor’s Degree Required

• Minimum of 2 years of business experience within customer support.

• Ability to work independently and diverse team in a dynamic environment, as part of a global team while managing multi priorities.

• Excellent communication skills (oral & written).

• Ability to operate with a sense of urgency and meet critical deadlines and KPIs.

• Excellent organization, decision-making, analytical skills.

• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI or similar.

• Ability to interpret and translate data into meaningful business insight.

• Continuous growth mindset, keep learning through social experiences and relationships with stakeholders, experts, colleagues and mentors as well as widen and broaden your competencies through structural courses and programs.
