The Role and Impact
Join Intel as an Administrative Assistant and play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of our office environment. As a key contributor to Intel's success, you will support executives, managers, employees, and visitors by managing critical administrative tasks that keep our teams focused and productive. You will coordinate meetings and events that foster collaboration and alignment within the organization and champion operational excellence by maintaining schedules, managing resources, and contributing to global initiatives. Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to executives, managers, and employees, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Organize and maintain conference rooms, ensuring seamless execution for meetings and events.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute internal events, including offsites, team-building activities, and organization-wide meetings.
- Screen phone calls and emails, routing communication to appropriate parties professionally and efficiently.
- Generate reports, presentations, and correspondence, ensuring accuracy and clarity in all communications.
- Maintain and manage filing systems, ensuring records are organized and accessible.
- Monitor office supplies inventory, anticipate needs, and place orders to maintain adequate stock levels.
- Prepare expense reports and collaborate with operational staff to support budget planning and expense control.
- Represent the business unit in site-wide and global initiatives, fostering collaboration and information exchange.
- Provide professional communication and customer service to visitors, vendors, and external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational skills with experience managing schedules, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to prepare professional correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Experience in managing office supplies and inventory processes.
- Understanding of basic budgeting and financial tracking principles.

- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams and functions.
- Proven ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

The Software Team drives customer value by enabling differentiated experiences through leadership AI technologies and foundational software stacks, products, and services. The group is responsible for developing the holistic strategy for client and data center software in collaboration with OSVs, ISVs, developers, partners and OEMs. The group delivers specialized NPU IP to enable the AI PC and GPU IP to support all of Intel's market segments. The group also has HW and SW engineering experts responsible for delivering IP, SOCs, runtimes, and platforms to support the CPU and GPU/accelerator roadmap, inclusive of integrated and discrete graphics.
