We are a fast growing actuarial team focused on non – life consulting solutions to clients in the insurance, reinsurance, and financial sectors. Our team of skilled actuaries collaborates with major insurance companies across Europe, offering insights and strategic guidance in areas such as pricing, reserves, and capital management.

Role & Responsibilities

• Actuarial exams (e.g. FIA, DAV, FCAS or equivalent) completed, at least 4 years of actuarial experience, with a strong focus on reserving

• Advanced knowledge of actuarial techniques, especially those related to reserving (e.g. Chain-Ladder, Bornhuetter-Ferguson, and stochastic models)

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights

• Solid understanding of European insurance regulatory frameworks and financial reporting standards (IFRS, Solvency II)

• Experience with industry-standard actuarial software would be an advantage (e.g., ResQ, or similar).

• Proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools.

• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Willingness to learn German
