Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and execute experiential and community marketing activations, events, and initiatives to drive brand awareness, user growth, and engagement.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure activations align with business goals, brand messaging, and campaign strategies.
• Manage logistics for events, roadshows, campus/community programs, and partner-led initiatives, ensuring seamless end-to-end execution.
• Build and nurture relationships with local communities, partners, influencers, and event organizers to strengthen the company’s presence and reputation.
• Track and analyze activation performance, collect feedback from participants, and provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Maintain organized records of activation calendars, budgets, reports, and marketing collaterals for accessibility and consistency.
• Support the Business Development and Partnerships team in delivering joint activations, co-branded events, and strategic collaborations.
• Provide administrative and operational support for the marketing team, including vendor coordination, budget requests, and approvals.

Requirements:
• Strong interest in cryptocurrency, blockchain, and digital finance innovation.
• 3-5 years of experience in event management, activations, or experiential marketing, ideally in tech, fintech, or lifestyle industries.
• Highly organized with excellent project management skills; able to handle multiple initiatives with tight timelines.
• Confident communicator and relationship-builder; comfortable engaging with communities, partners, and event participants.
• Proactive, resourceful, and adaptable in fast-paced, ever-evolving environments.
• Comfortable using data and feedback to evaluate activation success and inform future strategies.
• Collaborative team player with a results-driven mindset and passion for growing communities.
