About Us
Parkway Properties owns and operates 15 car wash locations and continues to grow through development and acquisition. We also operate a related company, Elite Services Group, which distributes equipment, chemicals, and builds docks.
We are building a high-performing finance function and are looking for a Senior Accountant who can take ownership, improve processes, and help us scale.
Role Overview
This is not a plug-and-play accounting role.
You will work directly with the CFO and be responsible for owning the accuracy of financials, improving processes, and helping build the accounting function.

Key Responsibilities
Own and execute the monthly close process across 15+ locations
Review and improve the accuracy of financial statements in QuickBooks Online
Identify and correct accounting issues (not just process transactions)
Manage and reconcile:
Cash
Debt schedules
Fixed assets / CIP
Intercompany activity
Assist with budgeting and financial analysis
Build and document scalable accounting processes
Support lender reporting and refinancing efforts
Work cross-functionally with operations to ensure accurate reporting
Help implement internal controls as the company grows
What We’re Looking For
2–4+ years of accounting experience (industry preferred)
Strong understanding of financial statements and how they connect
Ability to identify problems and propose solutions—not just execute tasks
High attention to detail with strong ownership mindset
Comfortable working in a fast-moving, unstructured environment
Experience with multi-entity or multi-location businesses is a plus
QuickBooks Online experience preferred
