The Role:

We are growing quickly and are excited to continue to scale our internal accounting function. The Senior Accountant, Supply Chain Finance will play an integral role in the daily accounting responsibilities surrounding the supply chain. The Senior Accountant, Supply Chain Finance will collaborate with team members across the organization to ensure accurate reporting and to understand drivers of variances against forecasted figures.

Requirements

You Will:

• Review and approve inventory, freight, and duty bills

• Monitor 3-way matching of POs, bills, and receipts of inventory

• Review inventory transactions between warehouse and Netsuite and complete monthly inventory reconciliations (Amazon + 3PL)

• Complete monthly landed cost analysis for total SKU catalog ensuring proper duty rates and freight allocation on item receipts

• Prepare adjusting journal entries as necessary

• Collaborate cross functionally to provide model inputs to FP&A Manager

• Assist in preparation of schedules for external auditors for financial statement audits

• Assist with actual vs budget reporting and monthly flux analysis

• Provide support for various ad hoc projects as needed

You Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA/CPA Candidate preferred

• 3+ years of progressive accounting experience, public accounting experience a plus

• Strong knowledge of and experience with US GAAP and accounting operations

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel skills, and/or Google Workspace

• Strong analytical and organizational skills with keen attention to detail

• Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet critical deadlines

• Experience in a fast-growing start-up environment a plus

• Experience with NetSuite and Bill.com a plus

• Must show accountability, be a team player and able to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously

• Demonstrate the highest level of personal ethics and professional integrity

The Mammoth Brands working model is in-office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Our beautiful 70,000 square foot SoHo office is decked out with bagels on Wednesdays and lunch on Thursdays, and fully stocked kitchens with snacks, coffee, and drinks everyday. We can’t quantify all of the intangible things we think you’ll love about working at Mammoth Brands, like the exciting challenges we tackle, the smart and humble team you’ll get to work with, and our supportive and inclusive culture. That said, our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of our total rewards package, which also includes a comprehensive set of benefits and our equity program. The base salary hiring range for this position is $90,000-$105,000, but the final compensation offer will ultimately be based on the candidate’s location, skill level and experience.
