Job Description

• Assist      in the preparation of financial statements, footnotes and MD&A      disclosures of SEC filings (10Q & 10K)
• Adhere      to accounting pronouncements (GAAP) & SEC requirements.
• Monitor,      interpret and implement appropriate changes and new pronouncements issued      by accounting regulators.
• Coordinate      the preparation of financial statements & footnotes.
• Assist      with all aspects of SEC reporting including disclosure checklist, data      gathering, processing and control, and document filings.
• Perform      analysis on various balance sheet and income statement accounts.
• Assist      with technical research and documentation of company positions on      accounting issues, the impact of new accounting standards and SEC      reporting requirements.

• Bachelor’s      degree in Accounting
• CPA      preferred, or parts passed
• 2+      years public accounting or corporate internal audit experience
• SEC      experience/exposure
• Advanced      Excel Skills

Experience with Hyperion Financial Management (HFM)

$75K plus bonus
