Role Overview

We are looking for a highly capable Senior Accountant to oversee end to end accounting operations and play a key role in building our financial infrastructure from the ground up from zero to one.

This role goes beyond routine accounting , you will design financial systems, strengthen internal controls, and support the upgrade and integration of accounting and inventory platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Undertake daily accounting duties, including bookkeeping and monthly tax filing for one Indonesia company.
• Prepare monthly financial statements.
• Assist in establishing financial systems and internal controls for newly established companies.
• Create and maintain inventory lists, conduct monthly inventory counts, and prepare inventory reports.
• Approve daily company expenses and reimbursements.
• Assist the Finance Manager in financial analysis and process optimization.

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting firms or bookkeeping agencies.
• Minimum 2 years of corporate finance experience.
• Capability of independently tax filling
• Fluent in both English and Chinese communication.
• Experience in building financial systems and internal control processes from scratch is a plus.
• Experience with any online accounting platform; familiarity with Xero software is advantageous.
