What You Will Do

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger functions.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial records by reconciling accounts, verifying transactions, and resolving discrepancies.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
• Assist with the annual budgeting process and provide input on financial forecasts and projections.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial planning and decision-making processes.
• Stay updated on accounting regulations and best practices to ensure compliance with applicable laws and standards.
• Lead or participate in projects and initiatives to improve financial processes, systems, and reporting.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior accounting staff, promoting their professional development.

Requirements:
• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a General Accountant, preferably within e-commerce or technology companies.
• Strong proficiency in English (both written and verbal).
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience working with ERP systems; Oracle experience is highly preferred.
• Certification in IFRS, or solid practical knowledge and application of IFRS standards.
