Dein Tätigkeitsfeld bei uns::
• Eigenverantwortliche Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB.
• Sicherstellung der ordnungsgemäßen Buchhaltung, inkl. Kontenabstimmungen und Umsatzsteuervoranmeldungen.
• Analyse und Bewertung komplexer Geschäftsvorfälle sowie korrekte Bilanzierung.
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Wirtschaftsprüfern, Steuerberatern und dem Group CFO.
• Unterstützung in der vorbereitenden Lohnbuchhaltung.
• Aktive Mitarbeit an der Optimierung, Standardisierung und Digitalisierung buchhalterischer Prozesse.
• Fachliche Ansprechperson für Bilanzierungs- und Accounting-Fragen intern & extern.

Deine Erfahrung und Skills::
• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Bilanzbuchhalter:in, Steuerfachwirt:in, kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Studium mit Finanz-Fokus
• Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Accounting / Rechnungswesen
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse in HGB, IFRS-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
• Erfahrung im IT-, Software- oder SaaS-Umfeld wünschenswert
• Kenntnisse in Microsoft Business Central oder LucaNet sind ein Plus
• Sehr gutes Deutsch (C1), gutes Englisch (B2)
• Motivation, Strukturen weiterzuentwickeln und perspektivisch fachliche Verantwortung zu übernehmen
