This position is ideal for a detail-oriented accounting professional who takes pride in clean books, structured processes, and dependable execution. You’ll be trusted to manage core accounting operations independently, ensure timely and accurate month-end closes, and maintain financial data that leaders can confidently use to make decisions. The role requires sound judgment, follow-through, and comfort working with recurring monthly cycles in a fast-moving but disciplined environment.

You will be responsible for day-to-day accounting execution as well as critical monthly deliverables, including reconciliations, reporting, payroll processing, and commission calculations tied to assets under management.

Core Responsibilities

● Complete monthly bank and account reconciliations with accuracy and consistency.

● Prepare and close monthly financial statements, including profit and loss and balance sheets.

● Calculate and reconcile monthly commissions based on assets under management.

● Process payroll accurately and on schedule using a payroll management system.

● Maintain well-organized, audit-ready financial records and supporting documentation.

Requirements:
● Proven experience performing monthly bank and account reconciliations.

● Experience preparing monthly profit and loss statements.

● Experience preparing monthly balance sheets.

● Experience executing full month-end close processes.

● Experience calculating assets under management commission amounts.

● Experience reconciling commission calculations.

● Experience processing payroll using an online payroll system.

● Ability to maintain accurate, well-organized financial records.

● Experience producing reliable monthly financial reporting for leadership review.
