INTRACOM TELECOM is a global telecommunications systems and solutions vendor with more than 40 years of market presence. We operate at the forefront of wireless access, transmission and software-driven solutions, supporting demanding customers across multiple industries.
Within this framework we are seeking a Senior Account Manager - Private Sector.
We are not looking for someone to “manage” accounts.
We are looking for someone to win them.
Today’s private sector market is highly competitive. Customers are informed, budgets are tight, and winning requires focus, resilience and execution.

The Role:
As Senior Account Manager – Private Sector, you are the playmaker.
You own a portfolio of existing and target accounts with a clear mandate:
protect revenue, grow accounts and capture new opportunities.
You orchestrate internal teams and external stakeholders to move deals forward and turn complex opportunities into signed contracts and satisfied customers.
What you will actually do
• Develop and execute account-level sales strategies focused on retention, cross-sell and expansion
• Build trusted, long-term relationships with key customer stakeholders and decision-makers
• Understand customer needs, business priorities and competitive landscape in depth
• Drive opportunities from early engagement to contract closure and delivery
• Mobilize Presales, Implementation and Technology teams, acting as the voice of the customer internally
• Take ownership of outcomes — not activities
Requirements:
You should bring:
• 5+ years of B2B sales experience in Telecom, ICT and/or Software
(Operator, Technology Vendor or Systems Integrator background preferred)
• Proven ability to manage complex, solution-based sales cycles
• Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution
• A collaborative mindset with the confidence to lead cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• Strong command of the English language
A BSc in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration or a related field is required.
An MSc is a plus, not a prerequisite.
