Senior Account Executive

Responsibilities::
• Assist line manager in project administration in a proactive, accurate and timely manner.
• Understand clients’ brands, products, services, and requirements.
• Understand Hypebeast products, services and requirements.
• Collect competitive research and prepare reports.
• Set up meeting, prepare agenda, and take meeting minutes to eusure all parties are on the same page of project status.
• Assist in developing large scale briefs and independently develop small scale project briefs to internal.
• Work closely with peers across departments and disciplines to deliver the work from ideation to completion, including but not limiting to Creative, Editorial, and Production team.
• Play as a gatekeeper of qualified agency work delivery to clients.
• Manage ad hoc projects when required.
• Build strong relationship with clients.

Requirements::
• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Passionate to advertising and media industry.
• Internet savvy and familiar with fashion, beauty, sportswear and youth culture.
• Relevant internship/experience in advertising agencies especially 4As will be a plus.
• Be able to multi-task.
• Highly detail orientated, be able to handle complicated projects with clear mind.
• Be able to set priorities with careful logic to focus on the right task at the right time.
• Strong communication and organisational skills, problem solving and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in Microsoft Office and Keynote.
• Fluent in mandarin Chinese and fluent in written & oral English.
• Less experienced candidates will be considered as Account Executive.
