Senior Account Executive – Medical Affairs

Nucleus Global is looking for a Senior Account Executive to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious MedComms professional who wants to work on high-impact medical projects while developing their career within a truly global agency network.

You'll be working across a range of Medical Affairs activities, partnering closely with clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality, scientifically rigorous communications that make a real difference.

What you'll be doing

• Supporting the delivery of Medical Affairs projects across multiple therapy areas

• Managing timelines, budgets, and day-to-day client communications

• Coordinating with writers, editors, designers, and global stakeholders

• Ensuring projects are delivered to a high scientific and editorial standard

• Building strong client relationships and contributing to long-term account growth

What we're looking for

• Experience in a medical communications agency environment

• Understanding of Medical Affairs activities and deliverables

• Organisational and project management skills

• Confident communicator with a collaborative mindset

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and keen to develop further in MedComms
