About The Role:
Vivid Money is redefining how SMEs manage and grow their capital. From multi-currency accounts and FX solutions to Treasury products (high-yield Interest Accounts and Business Depot for MMFs and ETFs) and Expense Management tools — we provide businesses with a comprehensive financial infrastructure.
We're expanding our go-to-market footprint into Cyprus and we're looking for a Senior Account Executive to help us build it. This is a hands-on, hunter-first role: you'll own outbound pipeline generation into corporate finance decision-makers, while also converting the inbound leads that come your way. You'll work closely with our Sales Director and have direct influence on how we win in this market from day one.
If you want to be employee number one on the ground in a market that's just opening up — and you're motivated by building a book of business rather than inheriting one — this role is for you.
Your Profile
• 5+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in FinTech, banking, treasury, investment products or financial services. You've run full-cycle deals independently and have a track record of building pipeline from scratch.
• Proven outbound track record: you've built pipeline from scratch, not just worked warm leads.
• Comfortable selling to founders, finance leaders and C-level stakeholders at SMEs.
• Strong commercial instincts, structured thinking, and analytical rigour.
• Hands-on with CRM tools and modern sales tech stack.
• Self-starter mentality — you thrive in environments where the playbook isn't fully written yet.
• For Cyprus: Fluent in English and Greek. Russian is a strong plus.
• For Luxembourg: Fluent in English and French (or Luxembourgish). German is a strong plus.

Your Mission:
• Own outbound sales motion in Cyprus: identify, prospect, and engage SMEs, finance leaders, and decision-makers across your target segments.
• Build a qualified pipeline through multi-channel outreach — cold outreach, LinkedIn, events, referrals, and partner networks.
• Convert inbound leads into active customers across our full product suite.
• Run the full sales cycle end-to-end: discovery, demo, negotiation, close, and handover to onboarding.
• Sell across our product portfolio: business accounts, treasury solutions, FX, expense management, and team cards.
• Develop a deep understanding of the local SME landscape, segment dynamics and competitor positioning.
• Partner with the Sales Director to refine ICP, messaging, and playbooks for the market.
• Maintain clean pipeline hygiene in the CRM, with accurate forecasting and KPI reporting.
• Feed market intelligence and customer insights back to Product and Marketing.
• Represent Vivid at local industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
