Cooperidge Consulting Firm is seeking a Senior Account Executive for a top Global Digital Imaging Solutions client.
This senior sales role is responsible for driving growth within the high-production printing sector across the Northeast (MA, CT, NH, and RI). The Executive will target commercial printers, service bureaus, and corporate in-plants, utilizing a consultative solution-selling approach to manage complex sales cycles. This is a strategic position requiring the ability to engage C-suite decision-makers and implement long-term product and service strategies to maximize territory profitability.
Job Responsibilities
• Engage key executives and decision-makers to identify and develop customer business needs through the strategic promotion of high-production printing solutions.
• Develop and maintain productive, dedicated business relationships with new and existing customers to drive their productivity and profitability goals.
• Grow the assigned territory through aggressive competitive replacements and the addition of "net new" accounts.
• Create and manage short- and long-term strategies to position products and services for multi-year customer commitments.
• Manage complex, long-term sales cycles utilizing a consultative, solution-oriented selling approach.
• Develop comprehensive proposals outlining unique customer business applications, custom pricing, and technical implementation plans.
• Coordinate internal resources, including product specialists, solutions engineers, and technicians, to effectively present integrated hardware and software solutions.
• Maintain high levels of sales activity and resilience to meet and exceed established regional revenue targets.
Requirements:
Education
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience is required.
Experience
• Minimum of five (5) years of related experience in B2B Production Printing equipment or related capital equipment sales is REQUIRED.
• Proven track record of selling high-value Capital Equipment to C-level decision-makers.
• Strong territory management skills with demonstrated success in identifying potential customers and new applications.
Certifications/Licenses
• Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record are required for regional travel.
Skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and possessing strong business and financial analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to relay complex technical ideas in an engaging and confident manner.
• Strong consultative selling, time management, listening, and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility for regional travel, including overnights and occasional flights to additional cities within the territory.
