Job Description
Your mission:
We’re building Europe’s leading Workplace Intelligence platform. After our successful Series B, we’re accelerating our expansion in the DACH market — and you will be one of the key drivers of that growth.
As a Senior AE, you’ll own your entire market: winning and developing strategic Mid-Market and Enterprise customers while helping build our Sales Hub in Pfäffikon. There is a clear path to grow into a future leadership role.
In this role you will:
• Own the Mid-Market and Enterprise segment as a Senior Account Executive.
• Carry personal revenue and pipeline targets for the DACH region.
• Build on a consistent flow of qualified inbound leads.
• Proactively generate additional pipeline through outbound initiatives, testing new approaches to market penetration.
• Build and navigate buying committees, develop internal champions, and manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
• Position deskbird as the leading Workplace Intelligence platform across the DACH market.
• Maintain accurate forecasting, a clean CRM, and disciplined deal execution (e.g. MEDDICC).
• Actively contribute to the growth and development of our Sales Hub in Zurich (Pfäffikon).
What you need to be successful:
• 3–5+ years of experience as a B2B SaaS Account Executive, with a proven track record of closing Mid-Market and/or Enterprise deals.
• A hands-on sales mindset — you enjoy prospecting, running discovery, negotiating, and closing as part of your daily work.
• Strong capabilities in outbound pipeline generation, opportunity qualification, and managing complex, multi-stage sales cycles.
• Confidence in forecasting, KPI ownership, and CRM discipline (e.g. HubSpot or Salesforce).
• A builder’s mentality: motivated to set things up from scratch (office, playbooks, processes, and potentially a team), while remaining hands-on in your own deals.
• Initial leadership experience is a plus, along with a clear ambition to grow into a Lead or managerial role.
• Solid understanding of DACH market dynamics and business culture.
• Native German and excellent English communication skills.
What’s in it for you?:
• Accelerated career growth: Join Europe’s leading workplace management platform.
• Annual company summit: Meet the whole team at our yearly summit in inspiring locations across Europe (check out the video from our last summit).
• Team “Bursts”: Unlimited opportunities to collaborate with your team in person.
• Home office support: Financial contribution to set up a comfortable, productive home office.
• Learning & development: Annual budget for coaching, certifications, and conferences.
• Hub visit: Yearly sponsored trip to one of our hubs. Barcelona, Paris, Munich & Zurich to name a few!
• Joy budget: Annual budget to spend on activities that spark joy, connection, and shared energy.
