Senior Account Executive (CFD/Forex)

Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing full sets of account - Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable (including closely following up on necessary approvals, prepare and execute payment process), Intercompany billings, Staff Reimbursement, Monthly Closing, Perform bank reconciliation, and all other related matters.
• Perform system reconciliation and inter-co reconciliation on monthly basis.
• Work closely with back-office for CRM and MT4 data extraction and reconciliation.
• Perform reconciliation on client fund report, payment gateway report and cash reconciliation.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards (IFRS) and regulatory requirements.
• Liaise with various stakeholders within the finance department and other departments such as marketing, sales, respective business units etc, and also external stakeholders.
• Ad-hoc assignments will be provided as required.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
• Experience in Forex/Crypto/Brokerage Firm/Fintech/Financial Services industry is a must.
• Professional accountancy qualification required (ACA, ACCA, ICAEW, CPA or equivalent).
• Minimum of 3 years of working experience in finance and accounting functions.
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and proficiency in both English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Chinese-speaking stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly with Excel (Pivot Table, Vlookup, Tableu, Power BI).
