Senior Account Coordinator

Responsibilities::
• Liaise with brands on joint promotion opportunities and coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure smooth, successful campaign execution.
• Support ad operations: launching, optimizing, QA, and troubleshooting creative assets and rich media.
• Administrative support including weekly updates and updating the project management system.
• Assist in managing track insertion orders, proposals, campaign scheduling, and inventory conflict resolution.
• Collect and QA'd ad tags and creative; monitored and reconciled campaign delivery across systems.
• Analyze performance, delivered client objectives, and communicated updates across departments.

Requirements: :
• College graduate in marketing, communication, fashion or related field.
• 1-2 years of marketing and project management experience, preferably in the fashion industry focusing on digital media.
• Excellent communication skills and detail-minded.
• Ability to multitask and work under tight schedules and pressure.
• Basic understanding of social media advertising.
• Candidates with more experience would be considered as Associate Account Manager.
