Your team
Your new team is a committed, collaborative, and innovative bunch. They’re designers, brand managers, content managers, and everyone who’s involved in the creative space – a group from more than seven different countries. They enjoy working together to create and evolve a well-loved product but always keep room for new ideas and approaches. Outside of work, they're a community of parents, gamers, bookworms, adrenaline junkies, and so much more.
Your mission
As a Senior ABM Specialist, you'll design and execute highly targeted, multi-touch account-based marketing programs that drive pipeline and accelerate revenue from high-value enterprise accounts. Your responsibilities :
• Develop and execute 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many ABM campaigns to generate and accelerate pipeline within target accounts
• Partner with SDRs, Brand Marketing, and Partnerships to deliver coordinated multi-channel campaigns across inbound and outbound motions
• Design and launch tailored campaigns -- including content, paid media, outbound support, and microsites -- aligned to specific industries, personas, and pain points
• Apply an experimentation mindset by analyzing campaign performance, account intent data, and ROI to continuously optimize strategy and execution
• Contribute to and help shape the MarTech stack (e.g., UserGems, DreamData, HubSpot, Mutiny)
• Create targeted messaging and collateral tailored to specific accounts, industries, and buyer personas
• Deliver monthly RoaS reporting, define benchmarks, and communicate a clear ROI narrative across Sales and Marketing
• Collaborate with Creative Studio and Brand teams to continuously optimize campaign assets and performance
Your story:
• 5+ years of experience in SaaS marketing with an enterprise focus, including at least 3 years in account-based marketing
• Strong understanding of SaaS business models, enterprise sales cycles, and large account dynamics
• Proven track record in demand generation, multi-channel campaign execution, and pipeline creation in close collaboration with sales teams
• Hands-on experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot), and ABM platforms (e.g., DreamData, UserGems, Mutiny)
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a high degree of ownership
Success metrics =

• Engagement: Increased engagement from target accounts (e.g., website activity, event participation, email interaction)
• Revenue impact: Contribution to closed-won deals and improved sales cycle velocity
