Senior 3D Motion Designer

WHAT YOU WILL BE WORKING ON​

Main challenge

Drive high-quality video content production to support game marketing and user acquisition efforts. This role is key to elevating creative output, ensuring consistency with brand/IP guidelines, and adapting quickly to performance-driven marketing needs across multiple platforms.

What it means on a daily basis

• Produce end-to-end video content (concept → editing → final delivery) for game marketing campaigns
• Create and integrate 3D assets (scenes, models, animations) into video materials
• Capture and edit in-game footage, optimizing videos for different platforms (social, web, ads)
• Collaborate with stakeholders (marketing, legal, licensors) to iterate based on feedback
• Monitor video performance and suggest improvements to enhance engagement and results

• Creative teams and leads (for feedback and direction)
• Cross-functional collaboration with potentially international teams

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED​

• Strong expertise in video editing, motion design, and content creation
• Proficiency in Adobe tools (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop)
• Good knowledge of 3D software (Blender, 3DS Max, Maya, etc.)
• Understanding of 3D rendering, animation, and processing
• Ability to manage full video production lifecycle independently
• Knowledge of video formats, compression, and platform optimization
• Having ability to communicate in English
