The company focuses on the 4X strategy genre, with an ambitious goal to grow its hit game, Total Battle, to become the No.1 strategy game in the world. Our product: We are currently working on Total Battle - an MMO 4X strategy game with a deep political system and lots of player interaction. Players take on the role of a commander and need to develop their city, forge alliances, fight against monsters, and conquer other players.

Responsibilities

• Create illustrations for social media, YouTube videos, and short-form content (Shorts, Reels).

• Collaborate with Narrative Designers to translate text scripts into visual scenes.

• Draw game characters in various poses and situations while maintaining strict consistency in style, anatomy, and proportions.

• Visualize atmospheric story moments: character interactions, episodes from the world of Total Battle, and holiday-themed illustrations.

• Work with references, compile mood boards, and propose creative ideas for composition and camera angles.

• Prepare assets in formats suitable for social media and video production pipelines.

• Contribute to the development of the visual style for community content.

• Utilize AI/neural networks as a supplementary tool to accelerate workflows.
