Responsibilities/Duties 职责/权限： 

You will be responsible for the completion of tasks in several areas of applications engineering:

· Working closely with targeted customers on new product design in and follow up with quote to win

与目标客户紧密协作开展新产品的设计工作，并跟进报价直至成功拿下订单

· Driving growth within SEMI Test socket market

推动公司在半导体测试插座市场的业务增长

· Driving “designs wins” as defined by print position

按照既定的市场占位目标，推动实现“设计方案中标”

· Optimizing Maximizing price/margin

优化并***化产品的价格与利润空间

· Maintain and communicate industry-best understanding of technical trends driving our (and end-user) markets and competition

持续掌握并及时传达驱动本公司及终端用户市场、竞品格局的行业技术趋势，保持行业领先的认知水平

· Write application notes, and co-author technical papers

撰写应用技术文档，并参与合著技术论文

· Identify new product opportunities, and qualify, develop and champion development of our product offering （by application）

挖掘新产品机会，针对不同应用场景，对产品方案进行可行性验证，研发推进并主导产品落地。

· Identify and help to enhance the company's competitive advantage and/or barriers to entry （by product）

从产品维度，发掘并助力提升公司的竞争优势，构筑行业壁垒

· Provide technical support for sales and marketing

为销售和市场部门提供技术支持

· Contribute content to technical collateral materials

参与技术宣传物料的内容撰写

· Shared responsibility for sales into a specific target market/application

协同负责特定目标市场/应用领域的产品销售工作

· Take on the role of key technical expert for customers and sales channel

担任客户与销售渠道的核心技术专家

· Write detailed specifications and application notes for new products, ideas

为新产品及创新构想撰写详细的技术规格书与应用说明文档

· Define new products and new applications

规划新产品方向与新应用场景

· Solve customer application problems in a timely manner

及时为客户解决应用过程中出现的各类技术问题

· Training of sales staff, agents and distributors.

为销售人员、代理商及经销商提供专业培训

1. Technical Knowledge, Skills and Abilities 技术知识，技能及能力: 

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferred, Mechanical, Electrical or a four-year technical degree required

工程、机械、电子或四年技术专业学士学位优先

2. Professional experiences in a related background (Semiconductor or Burn-in related market as assigned) desired

具有相关背景(半导体或者老化测试相关市场)的专业经验

3. Professional level experience of 5 years required

5年以上相关专业经验

4.Ability to perform business correspondence, including technical writing,      Semiconductor test experience required

能够进行商务通信，包括技术写作，半导体测试相关经验

 

Travel %: Must be willing to travel approximately 40% - 50% of the time
