Semi Senior Python Backend Engineer

We are seeking a talented Semi-Senior Python Backend Engineer to join our dynamic team. What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain robust backend applications using Python frameworks such as Django and Flask.
• Collaborate with the frontend team to create seamless RESTful APIs that enhance user experience.
• Optimize existing code and databases for performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Participate in code reviews to uphold best practices and maintain high code quality.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines for efficient deployment and integration processes.
• Work with SQL and NoSQL databases to manage data storage solutions effectively.
• Engage in agile methodologies, contributing to sprint planning and retrospectives.

Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in backend development using Python, with a strong preference for Django or Flask frameworks.
• Proficient in building and consuming RESTful APIs, with a solid understanding of microservices architecture.
• Experience with SQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and familiarity with NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, particularly AWS, and experience implementing CI/CD practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a remote team.
• Proficiency in both Spanish and English, with excellent communication skills.

• Experience with FastAPI for building high-performance APIs.
• Previous involvement in international projects or teams.
