In the Production Designer position, you’ll build pixel-perfect files for digital and out-of-home executions. You’ll move fluidly in a Mac OS environment, between applications in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite. This is a role where you’ll partner with our creative and account management teams; to define specs, efficiencies, processes, and templates within our clients’ brand guidelines. Attention to detail, solid ownership, and a thirst for building consistent, quality work is a must.

What you’ll do:

• Take direction from Creative Leads and Art Directors to finalize deliverables

• Design within established digital ad templates and create new comps as needed

• Assemble email layouts using email creation tool

• Receive photo assets and apply image retouching

• Prepare and deliver clean files for digital and out-of-home outputs

• Organize and archive files and assets internally

• Work in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage multiple complex, time-sensitive projects

• Maintain consistent creative quality in all aspects of work

• Interact with project managers to receive and react to client feedback

Who we’re looking for:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in digital production in an agency setting

• Advanced English proficiency

• Ability to work through multiple iterations and with speed and efficiency

• Ability to work independently, but also be an excellent collaborator

• An understanding of visually engaging design aesthetic

• Familiarity and experience with email creation tools such as Knak. (If not familiar with these tools, training will be provided and fluency will be expected)

• Expert knowledge of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop.

• Fluent in Google G Suite, including Drive, Docs, Slides, and Sheets

• Experience using AI tools for creative and organizational purposes. Must be willing to learn and adapt to new technologies and AI innovations.

• An “OCD-like” attitude when it comes to file organization; managing multiple files, versions, naming conventions, and assets groups

• Ability to interpret and follow brand and process guidelines

• Solid understanding of typography, color spaces, and page layout

• Motion graphics experience using After Effects and Premiere Pro is a plus, but not required
