We are looking for a Mid-Level / Semi Senior Power BI & App Developer with Python experience to join our team. This role focuses on designing and developing interactive dashboards, data-driven applications, and analytical solutions that support strategic decision-making.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform complex data into meaningful insights and scalable applications, ensuring performance, usability, and business impact.

Requirements:
Main Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Develop and maintain data-driven applications integrating Power BI and Python.
• Build and optimize data models, DAX calculations, and ETL processes.
• Develop backend logic and data processing scripts using Python.
• Integrate multiple data sources (databases, APIs, cloud services).
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Provide documentation and continuous improvement of BI and application solutions.
• Support production environments and troubleshoot data or performance issues.

Desired Profile

Experience & Seniority

• 3–5 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Development, or Application Development roles.
• Proven experience delivering Power BI solutions in production environments.
• Experience working in cross-functional and international teams.

Technical Skills

• Strong experience with Power BI (Data Modeling, DAX, Power Query).
• Solid programming experience in Python (data processing, automation, APIs).
• Experience with SQL and relational databases.
• Experience building data pipelines and ETL processes.
• Knowledge of REST APIs integration.
• Familiarity with cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP) is a plus.
• Experience with version control systems (Git).
• Understanding of data governance and best practices in BI development.

Soft Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Clear communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to work independently in remote environments.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field (preferred).
