Job Description

Responsibilities:

Safely operate a Class A tractor-trailer to transport material to and from various job site locations in a timely manner

Communicate with dispatch, equipment operators, customers and office staff to ensure correct product/delivery location

Verify products requested and loaded for accuracy

Verify weights to ensure equipment does not exceed weight restrictions or local laws

Complete pre and post trip inspection tractor and trailer

Clean/grease equipment on a weekly basis

Maintain and complete truck logs, both paper and electronic

Report equipment repairs in a timely manner

Comply with all company safety policies, DOT regulations and traffic laws

Maintain Class A CDL and Health Card

Requirements:

Class A CDL required

Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)

Must be 18+

Previous side dump experience preferred but not required

Able to meet physical demands of the job

Successful completion of background check and drug screen

Ability to perform physical job duties including climbing, security loads and equipment inspections
