Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement Semarchy xDM data models aligned with business needs
• Configure business rules, validations, and enrichment logic
• Implement and optimize matching rules, duplicate detection, and merge strategies
• Define and manage survivorship rules for accurate golden record creation
• Manage merge and unmerge processes while ensuring data traceability
• Design and maintain workflows for data governance and stewardship
• Collaborate with business and data stakeholders to translate requirements

• Participate in unit testing, defect fixing, and documentation

 

Total Experience Expected: 04-06 years

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in Semarchy xDM
• Deep understanding of matching processes, survivorship, and golden record management
• Experience handling duplicate management and merging strategies
• Advanced SQL and data modeling expertise
