YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES :
• Develop deep expertise in on-demand delivery
• Manage multiple vendors with large operations teams across multiple locations
• Monitor daily customer operations, respond to questions, and solve problems rapidly
• Build and manage high-performing operations teams through close KPI monitoring
• Keep up with industry developments, develop best practices, and implement them directly
• Conduct regular site visits to understand operational needs

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in customer support operations
• University degree, preferably in Engineering, Economics, or Management
• Customer-centric and KPI-driven mindset
• Ability to generate and analyze data to improve speed, quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the customer support team
• Experience working in dynamic environments with a data-driven approach
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders and vendors
