Outsourcing Advantage is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Seller Central Data Entry & Logistics Coordinator to join our team. the Data Entry & Logistics Coordinator is responsible for maintaining accurate product data, managing supplier compliance documents, and tracking incoming shipments. This role also supports e‑commerce operations by managing product listings on Amazon. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, organized, and proactive in ensuring smooth operational flow.
Key Responsibilities
Data & Content Management
• Collect product images and content from vendors and upload them into company systems.
• Maintain accurate and updated product records across internal platforms.
Supplier Compliance
• Ensure all suppliers provide required annual compliance documentation.
• Proactively follow up with vendors on missing or expiring documents.
• Logistics Tracking
• Receive and process container shipping updates via email.
• Enter and update shipment details into the internal tracking system.
E‑Commerce Support
• Create, update, and manage product listings on Amazon.seller central
• Ensure listings are accurate, optimized, and compliant with Amazon standards.
Requirements:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. at least at a level of B2 Advanced.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (sorting, filtering, data entry, formulas).
• Previous experience managing Amazon listings.
Preferred Qualifications
• Proficiency in SPS Commerce is a strong asset.
• Experience in logistics, supply chain, or data management
