How You’ll Make an Impact
• Lead interior selections—including finishes, fixtures, paint, flooring, and upgrades—ensuring each home reflects the resident’s style and expectations
• Maintain precise, up‑to‑date details in our systems and CRM to keep projects organized and transparent
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, Construction, and trusted vendors to protect timelines and uphold quality standards
• Assist residents with basic space planning and downsizing to make transitions smoother and more comfortable
• Coordinate all aspects of move‑in logistics, ensuring every detail aligns with planned schedules
• Support our GO MOVE program to enhance the resident move‑in experience
• Oversee home readiness to confirm each residence looks and feels exactly as promised on move‑in day
What Sets You Apart
• 3–5 years in project coordination, interior design, relocation, client services, or senior living
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
• Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office; Canva familiarity a plus
• Calm under pressure, proactive, and resident‑focused with a polished, friendly demeanor
• Commitment to excellence, confidentiality, and teamwork
