Job Description

Realizar las tareas como segundo encargado/a de tienda dentro del grupo Tendam, siguiendo filosofía de empresa e indicaciones del primer encargado/a.
- Atención y fidelización de clientes, - Atención y control de probadores, - Mantener la imagen de la tienda, caja y probadores, - Manejo de TPV, - Organización, limpieza y orden del almacén, - Colaborar en cambios de visual merchandising y de escaparates. - Dirección del equipo dando apoyo a la Encargada de tienda. - Control y supervisión de los KPIs comerciales. - Gestión integral del punto de venta y equipo

català (parlat Superior, escrit Superior)
espanyol (parlat Superior, escrit Superior)
Competències / coneixements: Residencia en Mataró o buena comunicación con la tienda Experiencia como Encargado/a o Segundo/a Encargado/a en tiendas sector textil o similar. Alta orientación al cliente. Para optar al puesto es necesario: Proactividad, Disponibilidad horaria para realizar turnos rotativos Experiencia en gestión de KPI'S. Liderazgo y desarrollo de plantillas.
