Buscamos un Segundo/a chef apasionado por la gastronomía, fuertes habilidades de liderazgo y compromiso con la excelencia para el Hotel Sunprime Atlantic View

Responsabilidades

Seleccionar el producto y la calidad según la marca

Controlar pedidos de stock, recepción de mercancías e inventario

Control de los costes del menú en buffet y a la carta

Control de APPCC (Análisis de Peligros y Puntos Críticos de Control)

Controlar el contenido de los menús y procedimientos de alergenos

Contratación de personal

Capacitación en gestión de personal, turno de trabajo, charlas evaluativas y seguimiento diario del desempeño del equipo

Organizar y desarrollar trabajos relacionados con la prestación del servicio de alimentos

Desarrollar menús acordes a la marca

Aplicar la legislación en materia turística y laboral en los aspectos relacionados con la actividad

Visión general de todas las partes en la cocina, frío, calor, desierto, tienda, etc. con retroalimentación, procesos y seguimiento diario.

Conocimientos necesarios

Liderazgo y gestión de grandes equipos

Un mínimo de 2 años de experiencia en un puesto de trabajo similar en un hotel de 4 / 5

Muy bien organizado

Responsable

Alto nivel de conocimiento: cocina, menús, costo y APPCC

Demostrar experiencias y conocimientos adicionales que agreguen valor al rol (experiencia de diferentes cocinas temáticas)

Valorable

Excelente nivel de coordinación y habilidades de comunicación

Proactivo

Empatía

Nivel intermedio de inglés hablado

Ganas de desarrollarse y aprender

Nivel de usuario de Microsoft Office
