Seeds Global Hub Operations Lead

Into action

In this newly created role, you will be responsible for improving and managing our virtual Vegetables hub operations worldwide. This means ensuring smooth collaboration between different countries and business units, from inventory management and order processing to financial transactions, without the physical movement of products.

You will work at the intersection of supply chain, finance, and IT, designing processes that are efficient, transparent, and customer-focused. As the expert on our intercompany processes (virtual flow), you will define how these operations run, guide strategic improvement projects, and build systems and capabilities that drive customer satisfaction and strengthen overall business performance.

The challenge

• Oversee global seed supply chain operations from production to customer delivery.
• Coordinate logistics, order management, and system processes (e.g., SAP).
• Drive process improvements and efficiency across international hubs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams to align operations.
• Resolve operational issues and ensure smooth workflow.
• Monitor KPIs and ensure compliance with financial and documentation standards.

Your profile

• Proven experience in supply chain or business process management at regional/global level.
• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Supply Chain/Business, Finance, or IT.
• Strong expertise in operations management and end-to-end supply chain, including logistics, planning, order management, and finance.
• Proficient in SAP or similar master data management systems, with strong planning and analytical skills.
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration within a multinational environment; seed industry background is a plus.
• Proven strategic thinking, complex problem-solving, and strong stakeholder management with a focus on creating new value opportunities.
