Seeding, PR & Partnerships Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

Public Relations

• Manage and maintain a sendout log for press, editors, and brand partnerships to ensure accurate and timely tracking.
• Keep media and contact lists meticulously organized and updated.
• Monitor digital and print press coverage, compiling and sharing relevant coverage with internal teams.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings on behalf of the PR & Partnerships team.
• Provide daily administrative and strategic support to the PR Manager and Team Director.
• Assist with special projects as needed in support of team goals.

Influencer Seeding & Partnerships

• Support inbound requests for seeding and brand collaborations via social platforms and Onbrand.
• Identify and curate influencer lists across micro to mega tiers aligned with monthly and quarterly brand initiatives.
• Maintain and update influencer databases, tracking engagement and product feedback.
• Manage and track all gifting sends—from approvals to fulfillment and delivery confirmation.
• Monitor and report on organic content generated from seeding, tracking impressions, engagement, and sentiment via Tribe Dynamics, including setup, tagging, and weekly/monthly recaps.
• Support the Organic team by managing organic and paid campaign trackers, monthly budgets, and order placements, ensuring timely delivery via Shopify.

Requirements:
Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Suite and Google Workspace.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal).
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Previous PR and/or influencer marketing experience is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to changing business needs.
• Enthusiasm for our products and a willingness to embrace our wellness-focused team culture.
