Job Summary

Assist in monitoring BRT CCTV systems, supporting station operations, managing Lost & Found records, and observing contractor performance under the supervision of Control Center Managers.

Job Responsibilities

Assist in CCTV monitoring and reporting incidents
• Support observation of station operations and passenger flow
• Assist in monitoring cleaning, security, and station contractors
• Report non-compliance and irregularities
• Help manage Lost & Found records
• Maintain basic logs and assist in reporting/escalation

Required Skills

Basic MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Good observation and attention to detail
• Basic communication and reporting skills
• Willingness to learn

Experience

Fresh or up to 1 year (internship/academic exposure preferred)

Education/Qualification

BS Computer Science or relevant field

Minimum 16 years of education
