As a Security Specialist, you will connect application design, AI solutions, and cybersecurity to ensure applications are built and operated securely while meeting business, regulatory, and organizational requirements. This is a hands-on role where you partner with teams, embed security controls, and strengthen compliance posture.
Key responsibilities include:
• Embed security requirements into applications and AI solutions without limiting agility.
• Translate security concepts into clear, practical documentation and support teams in applying best practices.
• Document security controls, configurations, and risk assessments for new and existing solutions.
• Coordinate investigations with specialized security teams and participate in secure design reviews.
• Serve as the primary contact for security topics in live systems, maintaining monitoring and incident response documentation.
• Track and report the effectiveness of deployed security controls and align with audit requirements.
• Promote continuous improvement and a collaborative culture across teams.

Must-have:
• Master’s degree in IT, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3–5 years of experience in a similar or related role.
• Strong understanding of application architecture and data governance.
• Knowledge of security frameworks and standards; awareness of AI/ML security concepts.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.
Any additional languages are welcome.
Learnable in the role:
• Advanced threat modeling practices.
• Developing security configurations for evolving AI solutions.
• Producing technical and security documentation to meet compliance standards.
• Effective stakeholder communication for multicultural, distributed teams.
We offer:
• Salary starting from €1800 gross/month depending on experience.
• 13th salary (100% of monthly gross salary).
