What You Will Do
1) Incident Management & Escalation
• Maintain constant coordination with the Security Manager and assigned teams during any security incident.
• Request the deployment of security personnel when required and guide law enforcement on location details and communication with management.
• Escalate immediately in accordance with established SOPs for each type of incident.
2) Route Monitoring & Real‑Time Alerts
• Conduct GPS tracking and traveler check‑ins during transfers.
• Send real‑time alerts and recommendations to travelers while they are en route.
• Monitor geofences and report any unauthorized routes or deviations.
3) Reporting & Analytical Support
• Prepare clear, timely reports on incidents, geofences, relevant events, unauthorized routes, and recommendations.
• Highlight trends and key insights that support continuous improvement.
4) SOP Development & Standardization
• Contribute to the development and enhancement of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to traveler deployments.
• Support the creation of standard tracking and communication protocols used across operations.
Requirements:
• Completed high school diploma.
• Intermediate English level (minimum B1).
• Availability for rotational shifts.
• Strong teamwork, communication, organization, multitasking, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Planner).
Preferred Qualifications
• Familiarity with triage processes in GSOC/CSIRT environments.
• Experience with advanced geofencing or basic dashboarding (Excel/Power BI).
• Strong capability to produce concise, executive-level reports.
