The selected candidate will be hired directly by Control Risks as a Security Operations Center Operator located in Mexico City. They will be responsible for monitoring relevant events in Mexico, with a special focus on the perimeter areas surrounding locations frequently visited by the Client’s travelers.
Role tasks and responsibilities:
• GPS tracking and traveler check‑ins during transfers.
• Support in preparing reports covering incident updates, geofences, relevant events, unauthorized routes, and general recommendations.
• Send real‑time information and alerts to users while they are en route.
• Help develop standard tracking and communication protocols for travelers.
• Maintain constant coordination and communication with the Security Manager and Control Risks assets in the event of security incidents involving travelers, in order to request the deployment of security personnel and guide law enforcement regarding the incident location and communication with the Client’s management.
• Support the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that define traveler deployments. These will include communication protocols between Control Risks and Client personnel, intelligence checks prior to transfers, reaction protocols for different types of incidents, and immediate escalation procedures
