Security Implementation Engineer

We are looking for a Security Implementation Engineer to join our team and take ownership of deploying, configuring, and integrating security solutions for our customers. This role involves hands-on implementation of network and cloud security technologies, ensuring seamless integration into existing IT environments. Responsibilities

· Implement and configure security solutions such as Cloud Security, SASE, IoT Security, XDR, antivirus gateways, content filtering, IDS/IPS, UTM, and SIEM.

· Perform build, configuration, integration, and testing of security services.

· Take ownership of security implementation tasks within transition projects and act as the main technical contact.

· Manage complex changes and migrations of existing security services.

· Ensure compliance with security policies, procedures, and best practices.

· Provide remote and on-site support to customers during testing, evaluation, and deployment phases.

· Gather technical requirements and create implementation and deployment procedures for client environments.

Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, IT or relevant engineering discipline

· 3+ years of experience implementing network/cloud security solutions.

· Strong understanding of networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP, routing, switching).

· Hands-on experience with one or more of the following security solutions:

o Firewalls

o Antivirus & Antimalware

o Edge protection

o URL & Content Filtering

o Unified Threat Management (UTM)

o UNIX, Linux, Windows OS

o Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

· Familiarity with security frameworks & compliance standards (OWASP, NIST, ISO 27001).

· Knowledge of cloud security and zero-trust network architectures.

· Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.

· Ability to develop technical training, documentation, and operational runbooks.
