Summary:

Ensures the security and safety of the guests, team members and the cash and physical assets of Golden Eagle Casino

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ensures the integrity of gaming and the Security of the facility

Maintains a constant surveillance throughout the Casino watching for irregularities or illegal activity

Immediately reports suspicious or unusual activities to the proper Security Supervisor, Department Manager and/or General Manager

Periodically checks perimeter and cage doors

Delivers fill/credits to cage and gaming stations

Escorts chip, token, and cash transfers within the Casino

Collects and transports table game drop boxes to storage area

Escorts money transfers with in all areas of the Casino

Assist in monitoring traffic as required

Maintains and controls access to restricted Casino areas

Check I.D. of possible underage guests

Ensures the safety of guests and team members at all times

Performs first aid as required and assists EMT’s as needed

Works with tribal police, fire or emergency medical teams as necessary

Accept found property and tags for safekeeping

Assists in locating lost property

Fosters and maintains positive player/house relations

Accepts, records or notifies management of complaints

Removes individuals from Casino when directed by the General Manager or Security management

Performs other duties as assigned

Education and/or Experience:

High school diploma or GED, required

Language Skills:

Must have good English speaking and writing skills

Must be able to produce organized and clearly written reports
