• Participate in internal and external audits as required.

• Other duties as assigned.

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in security engineering, infrastructure security, or enterprise platform security.

• Proven experience leading engineers in a technical lead and manager role.

• Demonstrated technical capability to perform complex engineering work, including design, configuration, integration, and deployment of security tools and controls.

• Strong hands-on experience with enterprise security tooling, including endpoint protection and EDR/XDR (e.g., Crowdstrike), MDM/UEM, DLP, DNS filtering, network security scanning, WAF, DDoS mitigation, IAM platforms, PAM, PKI and cert management, and SIEM.

• Familiarity with Zero Trust and identity-centric security architectures.

• Experience supporting cloud security (AWS) controls and integrations.

• Familiarity with NIST, CSF, MITRE ATT&CK, and cyber threat modeling.

• Experience operating in environments that balance delivery velocity, operational reliability, governance, risk, and safety requirements.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills with proven ability to communicate clearly with all leadership levels.

• Comfort leading in an ambiguous, teamwork-oriented environment.

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable qualifications

• Experience securing factory, manufacturing, or other operational environments.

• Experience supporting audits, compliance activities, or Safety Case efforts.

• Background in complex, safety-critical, or regulated environments.

• Experience with Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines and DevOps principles.

• Familiarity with systems architecture, distributed systems, and microservices.

• Professional security certifications such as CISSP, CISA, or CISM are preferred but not required.
