About the Job: We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Security Engineer specializing in Microsoft Intune within our Managed Services team, you will be responsible for day-to-day operational management, monitoring, and enhancement of our clients' Microsoft Intune environments. This role is critical in ensuring secure, stable, and compliant device management operations across diverse customer environments. We are looking for a service-obsessed, customer-first professional with strong accountability and a passion for automation, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities: :
• Manage Microsoft Intune configuration, including deployment, updates, and optimization of policies and profiles.
• Administer mobile device policies and mobile device profiles to support multiple platforms (iOS, Android, Windows).
• Oversee device compliance enforcement, ensuring adherence to corporate and security standards.
• Produce, analyze, and present device compliance and coverage reports to internal and external stakeholders.
• Perform end-to-end device lifecycle management including enrollment, configuration, monitoring, and retirement.
• Support day-to-day client operations in a managed services environment, ensuring SLAs and service commitments are consistently met.
• Work within a shift-based schedule to provide 24/7 operational coverage where required.
• Troubleshoot device management issues, policy conflicts, and user-impacting incidents promptly.

Requirements: :
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune/Endpoint Manager administration.
• 3–5+ years of experience in Microsoft Intune /Endpoint Manager administration within enterprise or managed services environments.
• Strong understanding of mobile device management (MDM), mobile application management (MAM), and policy configuration.
• Knowledge of compliance policies, conditional access, and reporting in cloud-managed environments.
• Familiarity with device troubleshooting methodologies and best practices.
• Ability to work in a shift-based operational support model.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and excellent communication skills.
• Experience in a managed services or customer-facing operational environment.
