About the Job:
We are seeking a highly skilled and service-obsessed Security Engineer to join our Managed Services team. This role is responsible for delivering day to day operational support, engineering oversight, and continuous improvement across our clients' cloud security environments. The ideal candidate brings a security first mindset, strong accountability, and a passion for customer success, automation, and innovation.
Responsibilities::
• Provide operational support for Defender for Cloud and CrowdStrike CSPM, including:
• Policy configuration, Alert tuning, Ongoing management and optimization
• Deliver cloud security architecture and engineering support across Azure and AWS environments.
• Perform cloud security configuration management and cloud vulnerability management, ensuring continuous hardening and compliance.
• Support Azure and AWS remediation and implementation activities (e.g., deploying new infrastructure, rearchitecting workloads).
• Conduct cloud access reviews and create permission sets / leastprivilege access for cloud applications.
• Perform quarterly cloud security hygiene checks and provide improvement recommendations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve misconfigurations, including Azure resource exposure or S3 bucket security issues
• Maintain accurate and current cloud environment documentation for clients.
• Support integration and build dashboards for visibility and reporting.
• Work directly with clients in a managed services capacity, ensuring a customer-first approach and timely delivery of all commitments.
Requirements::
• AZ-500: Microsoft Azure Security Technologies certification (mandatory)
• Relevant AWS Security or Cloud certification (preferred)
• Hands-on experience supporting Azure and AWS cloud security services.
• Strong understanding of cloud workloads, networking, IAM, and security configurations.
• Experience with CSPM tooling (Defender for Cloud, CrowdStrike CSPM).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to work independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to work in shift-based operations.
