SECURITY ARCHITECT

Country: Mexico

Education Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in architecture, with a focus on web, mobile, and cloud technologies.
• At least 2 years of experience in information security
• Proficiency in Jira, with at least 2 years of experience managing tasks and creating reports
• Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in Information Security (e.g. CISSP, CISM)
• Experience in an international or cross-cultural work environment

Duties Responsabilities:

• Develop and maintain security architecture for web, mobile and cloud technologies.
• Utilize Jira to create, update, and manage reports reflecting the team's risk management and performance.
• Build and maintain Jira dashboards and other Jira artifacts.
• Manage Jira and Confluence pages leveraged by the Security Architecture workflow, reference architecture, and other communications. 
• Monitor the capacity and workload of the Security Architecture team, facilitating effective task distribution.
• Collaborate with US-based and international team members on various security projects.
• Attend meetings related to the Control Phase of the Software Development Lifecycle representing the Security Architecture Function. The Control Phase takes place before production deployment and ensures the solution is consistent with the design. The candidate shall perform the required validation of the software and support documentation artifacts required when solution gaps are identified.
