To define the strategy for the Energy & Infrastructure Sector in BCB Nigeria in terms of risk appetite, business focus and target market. To act as a Subject Matter Expert in the Energy & Infrastructure sector and to provide sector expertise that enables the Business & Commercial Banking relationship managers to deliver the desired financial performance for the sector. To grow profitability and balance sheet of the Energy & Infrastructure Sector (i.e. grow the market share, share of wallet of customers’ business and ultimately the headline earnings of the sector).
• First degree in Geosciences, Engineering, Finance, Accounting or Economics or any related field
• Minimum of Relationship management experience of at least 7-10 years in Energy & Infrastructure
• Minimum of 10 years in Business & Commercial Banking experience that spans across relationship banking.
• Experience in the Energy & Infrastructure sector is critical.
• Experience in applying bank risk management framework as it pertains to servicing customers
