Section Manager (Warehouse Management)/实体物流仓储运营高级经理_PS

1. Responsible for the productivity and process quality of warehouse operations. Complete various processes and standard operations of warehouse management, establish standardized and completed logistics warehousing operation reports, and provide timely feedback on logistics warehousing operations.

2. Warehouse planning: Design and optimize the warehouse layout, calculate the warehouse demand, optimize space utilization, determine warehouse parameters, and achieve safe, accurate, fast, high-quality, and cost-effective storage logistics.

3. Delivery and Inventory Management: Organize employees to carry out various work plans, material receiving, physical sorting and acceptance, warehousing, storage, material distribution, abnormal handling, etc., ensure timely and accurate delivery and 0 deviation management.   

Make and conduct regular stock-Taking, PDCA for Deviation management. 

4. Warehouse site management: Reasonably divide the categories of warehouse materials and storage areas, organize employees to carry out fire and operational safety management, do a good job in 5S work, and ensure the elimination of fire and operational safety hazards; Ensure warehouse quality system requirements.

5. Cost control: Continuous optimization for WH cost. 

6. Lean warehousing and logistics Management: Establish and improve the warehouse system, continuously promote lean improvement, guide employees to learn, fully participate in improvement, reduce costs, and improve warehousing work efficiency and quality.

7. Third-party warehousing, participate in the evaluation process and supervision of third-party warehousing, continuously standardize management and supervise the operation of carriers.

8. Others: Complete other tasks assigned by department Managers.

1. Bachelor's degree or above: major in mechanical, electromechanical or similar science and engineering, finance and accounting; Major in Logistics Engineering;

2. Trained in SAP system, logistics management and data analysis;

3. More than 6 years working experience in related position, more than 3 years management experience. Experience in warehousing and logistics management in the mechanical, automotive, and equipment industries is preferred;

4.Have a strong sense of responsibility and strong ability to withstand pressure;

5. Proficient in warehouse business and logistics delivery business in manufacturing enterprise, with team management skills;

6. Familiar with SAP operating system, with strong process and site management skills, execution and plan implementation abilities, master the ability to improve lean warehousing and logistics; Great data analysis skills; Great communication and coordination skills.
