Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and scheduling support to the CEO, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and document preparation.
• Act as a communication bridge between the CEO and internal teams, ensuring timely follow-ups and task execution.
• Support project coordination across departments, including tracking deliverables, maintaining documentation, and updating progress reports.
• Prepare meeting minutes, presentations, and summary reports for management review.
• Assist in coordinating internal and external meetings, workshops, or client appointments.
• Support business operations such as vendor coordination, internal forms, and administrative procedures.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the CEO or management team.


Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related fields.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Thai (both spoken and written).
• Communicating in Japanese is a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with high attention to detail.
• Fast learner with problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and online communication tools (Slack, Teams, etc.).
• Prior experience in administrative or coordination roles is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Recent graduates are also welcome, especially those who are eager to learn, find their purpose, and grow in a real business environment.
